New Class - Tuesday and Thursday 5:45pm (1Hour)

Kettle bells deliver a dynamic fitness training. You can lift it, swing it and pass it from hand to hand.

Cross Kettle Bell Training will:
• Build Strength and co-ordination of the upper and lower body
• Burn Body fat
• Build up high levels of cardio fitness
• Increase your core strength
• Improve explosive strength and power
• Improve your abdominal region
• Develop the physique of an athlete

Master Dominic Lavalle will guide you through step by step kettle bell training, medicine ball work and pad drills!
