Q: Do I have to be fit?

A: No. All fitness levels are catered for.

Q: Can I come on my own?

A: Yes. Only part of the class is done with partners, and you will be matched with someone with similar experience.

Q: How often Should I train?

A: Try twice a week for start and build up to three a week, but even once a week will do.

Q: Is it really hard?

A: NO! You can train as hard as you want to. Your experienced instructor will help you to learn the correct techniques. Everyone can learn and enjoy training. Men, women and children alike, regardless of fitness level and size, all are welcome here.

Q: What should I wear?

A: Casual gym gear, whatever you feel comfortable in, or also available is Reflex training wear, look
at Reflex shop on line.

Q: What training gear do I need?

A: On your first time here you can hirer punching gloves for a $1.00. Later on we recommend that you buy a pair of punching gloves and hand wraps. (check out our training gear at Reflex shop on line)

Q: Will I have fun?

A: Yes, Definitely!!! Our aim is to make YOU improve your confidence, gain self defence skills, increases fitness and enjoy new challenges.

Q: Who will be my trainer?

A: All Trainers and Instructors at REFLEX Centre are fully accredited staff. All instructors have fought in either the ring or tournament. No exceptions!!! All instructors keep up to date with the new fitness techniques and training in the martial arts industry.
