Kickboxing

You will gain confidence, self-esteem, fitness, flexibility, toning, through a total full body non-contact workout burning up to 2600 kilojoules.

Classes include Kicking, punching, kneeing & elbows with a bag & pad cardio workout.

Your qualified female instructors will teach you correct kickboxing techniques, great bag workouts while learning effective SELF DEFENCE!!!

Also try our mixed classes!!!


Our one hour fight girls fitness classes are offered twice a week.
