Get in shape with kickboxing! (Thai Kickboxing)

Learn one of our most popular programs, on the cutting edge, great for getting and staying in shape. You will learn techniques from Kickboxing and Thai boxing.

Classes include Cardio, and AB work, full array of pad work and hitting bags that rip you up. You will build confidence and learn the REFLEX curriculum designed for combat and self-defense! Learning the correct techniques of Punchers, Elbows, Kicks, Knees and grappling.  We also have separate fighters classes for those choosing to test their skills in competition, or you can just train at your own pace, working to achieving your own fitness & self-defence goals.

Master Dominic Lavalle trained with the Urquidez family, Benny “The Jet” Urquidez (5 times world kickboxing champion) and Legend Peter ''Sugar Foot'' Cunningham (7 times world kickboxing Champion) all at the Fame Jet Center in the US. And is also accredited with World Kickboxing Association (WKA) and with International Sports Kickboxing Association (ISKA)


With the variety of classes offered at convenient times, we're sure you'll find a schedule that works for you and your family. (8 Classes a Week)
