A: Yes, you can get a discount for large orders. Simply email Dom the
details of your order and he will arrange a bulk order price.
Q: How do I pay if I don't have paypal?
A: If you dont have a paypal account you can sign up for free here. It
only takes a minute to sign up. Alternatively, you can call the Reflex
Shop on (02) 4227 5555 and place a phone order. We will be able to provide
you with our banking details to make a direct deposit into our account.
Q: Is paypal safe?
A: Yes paypal is safe, thousands of people worldwide transact via paypay
each day. For more details on paypal security please visit the paypal
web site.
Q: How is the postage calulated?
A: Postage is calculated based on the weight of the item. Each item weight corresponds to an Australia Post weight range which then determines the postage price within NSW area only, Alternatively other states in Australian can call or e mail for postage price.
Q: Can I order from overseas?
A: Overseas orders can be made via email as the postage rates vary from country to country. Please email the details of your order and we will arrange a price for you.
Q: What if the item I ordered is the wrong size?
A: Please see the Terms and Conditions page.
Q: When should I expect my order to arrive?
A: Generally if the goods are in stock at the time of the order you will receive them within 5 business days. If the goods are out of stock we will contact you as to when you can expect your order to be fulfilled.
Q: What is the difference between the "online price" and the "in- store" price?
A: The online price includes postage to anywhere in NSW. The in store price does not include any postage but requires you to pick the order up from the Reflex Centre in Wollongong during our normal opening hours.
